Operating Entity: Zero Group LLC (doing business as ECHOZERO)
Principal Office: 2050 North Tustin St. #1120, Orange, CA 92865, United States
Contact: contact@echozero.io
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("you," "User," or "Member") and Zero Group LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), doing business as ECHOZERO, covering your use of our website, digital memberships, video releases, community features, and physical collectible drops.
By creating an account or subscribing to a membership tier you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to them in full, do not use the service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only subscribe with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms and is responsible for payment. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
2. Accounts, Handles and Conduct
- Registration: to reach the members’ feed, behind-the-scenes content, and subscriber benefits you must create an account. Authentication and session security are handled by Clerk; we never see your password.
- Display handles: the site uses a single public handle for all community interaction. You may not choose a handle that impersonates another person or organization, implies that you speak for ECHOZERO, infringes a trademark, or is obscene or abusive. We may reclaim or change a handle that breaks this rule.
- Community conduct: hate speech, harassment, threats, sexually explicit or gratuitously vulgar content, spam, advertising, comments unrelated to the post, and attempts to disrupt or attack the service are not permitted. Members can report a comment. A comment reported by five different members is hidden automatically until we review it, and we then restore it or remove it. We may also hide or remove any comment that breaks these rules. Serious or repeated breaches may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.
- Your content: you keep ownership of comments you post and of any profile picture on your account. By posting a comment or using a profile picture, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and reproduce that content on the site for as long as you choose to leave it there, and to keep a copy of a comment for moderation, as our Privacy Policy describes.
- Newsletter without an account: you can subscribe to our email newsletter without creating an account. The subscription starts only when you confirm it from the email we send you, and every issue carries an unsubscribe link. If you later create an account with the same address, your choice carries over: if you were subscribed you stay subscribed, and if you had unsubscribed your account starts with every optional email switched off. From then on you can switch the newsletter and our other optional emails on or off in your account’s notification settings. Unsubscribing with the link in a newsletter takes effect at once, but those settings may still show the newsletter as on, so switch it off there too: saving them with the newsletter on subscribes you again. Emails about your account itself, such as the welcome email, cannot be switched off.
3. Memberships and Billing
ECHOZERO operates a tiered membership that funds the production of the videos. The tiers available, what each one includes, and their current prices are shown on the membership section of the site, which is the authoritative statement of what is on offer at any given time. A free tier gives you an account and access to public posts and to the posts we open to every account holder; the paid tiers add members-only content, and the higher tiers additionally include physical collectible drops.
Paid memberships renew automatically every month until you cancel. They are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges of your membership’s monthly price to your payment method on your monthly billing date until you cancel. There is no minimum term, and you can cancel at any time as Section 4 describes. Prices may change. A new price applies to new subscriptions, and to your membership when you change tier. We will not otherwise change the price of your membership without emailing you at least 7 and no more than 30 days before the new price first applies to you, with instructions for cancelling.
If a payment fails, access to your paid tier’s content and benefits is paused until the payment succeeds, and you are not included in a drop whose claim window closes in the meantime. You can update your payment method or pay the amount due from the Membership page in your account settings. Stripe may retry the payment; if it cannot be collected, your paid membership may end. If you cancel while a payment has failed, your membership ends straight away and the unpaid amount is cancelled, so you are not charged for it. A membership that ends because a payment failed or was disputed, including one cancelled while a payment had failed, does not receive a final drop (see Section 6).
Complimentary memberships. We may give an account access to a paid tier without charge, for example to a collaborator or a family member. A complimentary membership is a gift, not a purchase: no payment is taken, it cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and we may withdraw it at any time without notice or refund. While it lasts it includes the benefits of the tier, including physical drops where the tier includes them, with the minimum membership period in Section 6 measured from the date it was granted. Buying a subscription ends the complimentary membership, and your paid tier applies from then on. Section 5 does not apply to a complimentary membership, since nothing has been paid.
4. Upgrades, Downgrades, Cancellation and Deletion
- Upgrades take effect immediately. You are charged the prorated difference for the remainder of the current billing period, your billing date does not change, and the higher tier’s benefits unlock straight away. If the payment is declined, your tier does not change. An upgrade replaces any downgrade or cancellation you had scheduled.
- Downgrades take effect at renewal. You keep the benefits of your current tier until the end of the period you have paid for, and the lower price applies from the next billing date. Nothing is charged or refunded at the time you request it. You can undo a scheduled downgrade before it takes effect, and choosing a downgrade withdraws any cancellation you had scheduled.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. You can cancel online from the Membership page in your account settings at echozero.io/account/membership. If you cannot cancel there, for example because you cannot sign in or the site is closed for maintenance, email contact@echozero.io from the address on your account and we will cancel for you, treating the cancellation as made on the day you wrote. You are not charged for any later billing period and, while your payments are up to date, you keep full access until the period ends. We do not issue prorated refunds for the unused part of a period, except where Section 5 or applicable law requires it. You may reverse a cancellation at any time before the period ends, and choosing a different tier before then also reverses it. If you cancel while a payment has failed, your membership ends straight away instead, as Section 3 describes.
- Deleting your account is immediate and final. It cancels any paid subscription at once, ends any complimentary membership, ends access to member content, cancels any parcel not yet sent to you, and forfeits the remainder of the period you have paid for without refund. It also deletes your comments, hearts, and any reports you have filed, except that a comment with replies under it is kept as an empty placeholder, with no link to you, so that the replies still make sense. Records of your payments are kept as our Privacy Policy describes. If you only wish to stop future billing, cancel instead of deleting.
5. Right of Withdrawal (EEA and UK Consumers)
If you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you normally have 14 days from entering into a distance contract to withdraw from it without giving a reason.
Our memberships give you access to digital content immediately. You lose the right to withdraw in respect of the digital content already supplied only if, when you subscribed, you expressly asked us to begin supplying it during the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you would then lose that right, and we confirmed this to you by email. Otherwise, if you withdraw within the 14 days, we will refund what you paid for your membership in full. Where your membership includes physical drops, your right to withdraw in respect of a drop lasts until 14 days after you receive it.
To withdraw where the right still applies, email contact@echozero.io before the 14 days expire. Nothing in these Terms removes any right you have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.
6. Physical Collectible Drops
- Event-driven, not monthly. Drops are tied to video releases rather than to a fixed calendar. There is no guaranteed number of drops in any period.
- Eligibility. To receive a drop, you must hold an active paid subscription on a qualifying tier, with no failed payment outstanding, or a complimentary membership on one, and have held it for any minimum period set for that drop, both measured at the moment the claim window for that drop closes. The list of recipients is drawn up automatically at that moment. For a paid subscription the minimum period runs from the day the subscription began, whichever tier it was on then; for a complimentary membership it runs from the date it was granted. The qualifying tiers and the claim deadline are stated on the drop itself. If your paid subscription on a qualifying tier ended in the 7 days before the claim window closed, you still receive that drop, provided it began at least the minimum period before the window closed, unless it ended because a payment failed or was disputed, was cancelled while a payment had failed, or you have since deleted your account. This does not apply to a complimentary membership that has ended. A parcel sent this way includes a thank-you card, unless an earlier parcel already carried one.
- Limited runs. Drops are produced in limited quantities, planned to cover every eligible member. Where a run turns out smaller than the number of eligible members, we will tell the members who miss out. Availability of a tier may also be capped, and a tier that is full cannot be joined until a place opens.
- Your address is your responsibility. Physical items are sent to the shipping address on your account at the moment the claim window closes or, if no shipping address has been saved for you, to the billing address on your payment record. You can view and change your shipping address at any time on the Shipping page in your account settings at echozero.io/account/shipping, which shows the address a parcel would be sent to. This is the only place that changes your shipping address; changing an address in the Stripe billing portal updates your billing address, which changes where a parcel is sent only while no shipping address has been saved for you. We cannot be held responsible for a parcel that is lost or misdelivered because the address on your account was out of date, and we cannot supply a replacement in that case.
- No address, no parcel. If we hold no complete address for you when a claim window closes, with a recipient name, street, city, postal code and country, we cannot send you that drop.
- Where we post. We post drops only to the countries listed at checkout and on the Shipping page, and neither accepts a shipping address anywhere else. We cannot send a drop to an address outside those countries.
- Delivery. Parcels are sent by standard postal carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL). When your parcel is dispatched, its tracking number, where there is one, is shown on the drop on the site, and we email you if the Drops setting in your account’s notification settings is switched on. Delivery times are estimates and outside our control once a parcel is handed to the carrier. Parcels sent outside the United States may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country, which are payable by the recipient.
7. Returns and Damaged Items
Limited-edition drops and custom merchandise are made in small runs and are not returnable for change of mind, except where Section 5 or applicable consumer law gives you that right.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email contact@echozero.io within 14 days of delivery with photographs and we will replace it or otherwise put it right. This does not affect your statutory rights.
8. Taxes
Membership prices are shown inclusive of any tax we are required to collect on them. No tax is added on top of these prices.
9. Intellectual Property
All content published on ECHOZERO, including videos, motion graphics, audio, photographs, written posts, product designs and artwork, and the code and design of the site, is owned by Zero Group LLC or licensed to us and is protected by United States and international copyright law.
Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to view members’ content for as long as your membership lasts. It does not permit you to copy, redistribute, republish, resell, or publicly perform that content, or to use it to train machine learning systems.
Some posts play videos through YouTube’s embedded player, which is part of the YouTube API Services. By using ECHOZERO, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). What Google collects through the player is governed by the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy), as our Privacy Policy explains.

10. Suspension and Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or to protect the service or other members. Where we terminate an account for a reason other than your breach, we will refund the unused portion of the current billing period. Where we terminate for breach, no refund is due.
We may also discontinue the service as a whole. If we do, we will give reasonable notice and refund any period paid for but not delivered.
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Except where the law does not permit it, the website and the digital service are provided "as is" and "as available," and we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement for them. Physical items come with the warranties the law implies, and Section 7 describes what we do when one arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zero Group LLC and its officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, your membership, or any product. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, nothing here removes your statutory rights.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the service develops or the law requires. The effective date at the top always reflects the current version. Where a change materially affects your rights or the price you pay, we will notify you by email before it takes effect, with how to cancel; for a change to the price of your membership, the notice period in Section 3 applies. Continuing to use the service after the change takes effect means you accept it. If you do not accept it, you may cancel.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction whose law gives you the right to bring proceedings locally, nothing in this section deprives you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, or of your right to bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
